This is an 18-step test, with nine breakout modifications. Perform this test exactly as it's demonstrated. If you can't do it well, that is fine. The goal is to learn where your physical limitations are so that we can build you a program to increase your strength, stability, and balance so you can become a better athlete.
You may stop and save the test at any time and return to it later. Just remember to take the test cold, not before or after a warmup or workout. The full exam should take about 20-40 minutes to complete.
