The tests are designed on a pass/fail basis. The goal is not to "pass" no matter what.
This is an 18-step test, with nine breakout modifications. If the athlete passes a test, great, he or she immediately moves to the next test. But if the athlete fails a test, he or she proceeds to the test modifications to determine the more specific location and the extent of the weakness.
You may stop and save the test at any time and return to it later. Just remember to take the test cold, not before or after working out or a competition. The full exam should take about 20-40 minutes to complete.
