Take This Test

A five-minute test will show you where you are experiencing physical instability or weakness.

Our five-minute functional evaluation test is a pass/fail exam. Take the tests cold, not before or after warmup or practice. Listen to the videos first and then copy them. They explain how to do the exercise correctly.

Don't Forget: Videotape Your Performance!!

 

When you are finished, submit your information and we'll send you an email report explaining what the tests reveal. One of our sports doctors will then contact you to tell you how you can increase your strength, balance, flexibility, and explosiveness.
